Shipping Policy

First things first, you decide your shipping method. We also provide options based on your needs and our network of logistics agencies.

We have multiple shipping options available to our customers ranging from sea freight, air cargo and ground transportation. These differ according to the time length they spend to ship goods (from factory to port/ destination address ) and the service requested by the customer. Therefore we highly encourage our customers to place orders in consideration of both the intended shipping method and the advised order processing time and production especially for customized orders.

For guidance, customers may check with the intended logistics companies directly.

Blazing fast delivery service

For guidance only, shipping post order processing to some destinations can take 3-4 days by air cargo and about 14 – 18 days by sea freight. We have partnered with Matson agencies, and their services include expedited sea cargo for destinations in some parts of United States and Europe at times with a range of about two weeks for sea freight. When customers so decides, these services can be requested upon order placement.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an array of reasons. These commonly include invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time+ Shipping Time
We’re improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 3-5 day delay in processing your orders.

Some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc) may require you (the customer) pay duties or VAT according to your countries levying rules before the courier ships your goods or by the time the goods arrive at destination border. This must be handled by the customer accordingly.

After placing the order, what’s next

You will receive an email update about your order. The “Order Confirmation” email confirms that we have received your order. Order number and product information will be included. The “Shipment Confirmation” email confirms that your order has been shipped and will contain tracking information if the shipping method chosen by the customer includes tracking number.

Nonetheless we stay in close contact and continue to monitor our customers shipments until delivered to the intended delivery place and continue to make confirmation of receipts where we handled the shipping on behalf of the customer. The arrival time of the item depends on the designated delivery method and delivery location.
